Ted Rotenberg

Ted Rotenberg is a senior and experienced counsel who recently joined Drudi Alexiou Kuchar LLP, bringing with him over 47 years of experience in providing legal and strategic advice, problem-solving skills, and both trial and appellate advocacy. Ted has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario and at arbitrations and tribunals.

Ted has authored and co-authored numerous annotations and case comments and has lectured and spoken at continuing legal education programs of the Law Society and the Ontario Bar Association. His topic areas include failed real estate transactions and construction issues relating to subdivisions and condominiums.

​

Ted was educated at the University of Toronto, receiving his B.A. in 1968 and both an M.A and an LLB in 1971. He was called to the bar in 1973, and has practiced continuously in Toronto and York Regions in either smaller firms or as a sole practitioner. Ted is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the York Region Lawyers Association.

Ted and his family enjoy life at their family’s second home by Lake Simcoe and have travelled extensively to all parts of the world.
